7 Benefits of BRAZIL NUTS

Brazil nut is technically a seed rather than a nut. By definition, nuts are hard-shelled fruits that contain a single, large seed. Walnuts and pistachios are good examples.

Brazil nuts may offer surprising and powerful nutritional benefits, including boosting heart health, providing antioxidants, and improving brain function.

According to the findings of scientific studies, certain compounds in Brazil nuts may benefit health in a range of ways, such as lowering the risk of heart disease, regulating blood sugar levels, and boosting the body’s antioxidant system.

Brazil nuts have a rich and creamy flavour, which makes it a delicious addition to an assortment of dishes. They are used in puddings, fudge, cakes and granola bars. Coarsely ground Brazil nuts are used in the preparation of soups and curries. Ground Brazil nuts are also sprinkled on desserts, fruitcakes and salads.

Get healthy and consume more water by drinking this Chia Detox Water with a hint of lime! A great detox drink | OHMY-CREATIVE.COM I like to add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to my water.  They make black and white ones.  I used a glass jar with a lid.  Shake the jar really well and let sit for about 10 minutes or until the seeds absorb enough water.  Then I add lime juice from one lime and 1/4 teaspoon of agave nectar for sweetness.  Shake again and drink.  Since the seeds become almost like gel, it might take some getting used to.  Another thing is that lime juice is an anti-inflammatory.  All round this detox water is super good for you.
